Credit reports are a great tool that can be used in conjunction with our criminal records search.  They will give you a more detailed look into applicants specific civil, credit, and financial history.   It can also help eliminate identity theft and provides accurate information regarding the person.

We suggest that you, your employees, and whomever is ordering become familiar with the following sections in particular of the FCRA:

Section 604 - Permissible Purposes of Reports
Section 607 - Compliance Procedures
Section 610 - Conditions and Form of Disclosure to Consumers
Section 620 - Unauthorized Disclosures by Officers or Employees
Section 623 - Responsibilities of Furnishers of Information to Consumer Reporting Agencies
