If you do not meet all of the below guidelines, please do NOT continue.

1.  You (or someone from your company) must physically obtain records from counties you provide.  You cannot outsource work. This will be verified prior to utilizing your services.

2.  You must be able to send results to us via email and or fax, we prefer email. You must include date of charge, type of charge, case number and disposition of any records you find.

3.  Your fee, excluding court access fees, must not be higher than $4.00 per request per county.  We are aware of the courts that do in fact have a court access fee. If you currently pay more than $4.00, contact us, as we can more than likely save you money!

4.  Your turnaround time (TAT) must not exceed 72 hours. If your TAT is longer than 72 hours (except in known areas, clerk search only, etc.), please do not list that county or continue with this form. Our average TAT for all of our clients is 1.75 days. For areas that we have multiple/duplicate researchers, we will choose the lowest cost and fastest TAT to send our requests to for processing.

5. If your state requires a private investigators, business, or other typeof license to obtain criminal or civil public records, you will be required to provided a copy of your current license to us.
