Position: Records Specialist - ** Several positions available **
Shift: Monday – Friday - Full Time Available Only
Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Location: Meridian, Idaho

Wage: $8.00 - $9.25 / Depends on experience
Benefit package available, which includes paid holidays after 90 days, medical, sick and vacation hours, and dental (discount).

We are a very busy and rapidly expanding private investigation company, located in Meridian, Idaho. We are looking to fill these positions immediately!!

Successful candidate must have computer and internet knowledge, and understand the basics in such programs as Word, Excel and Outlook.

Duties include:

Maintaining a high level of client support, typing and processing background checks, customer service, data entry, records and research, and other varied miscellaneous duties as needed.
Extreme levels of maturity, ethics, intellect, confidentiality, honesty and integrity are needed.

Must be outgoing, confident, and have good communication skills, both written & verbal.
Attention to detail and accuracy in this position are not optional, they are mandatory requirements. You must be consistently accurate in all that you do. Must be organized and able to multi-task, and work well with others. This is a very important part of your success, being accurate, organized, and detailed. Accuracy/computer tests may be administered during interview and or prior to hiring.

All necessary training is provided during the 90 day probation period.
