We provide information according to your specific needs. Typically, we verify your subject’s name, date of birth, social security number, perform a criminal records search, and if applicable, can search Sex Offender Registries. We provide you with misdemeanor and felony charges, including dates and dispositions in an easy to read summary report for each applicant. We strive for a 72-hour or less turnaround time. Many areas and locations are even faster, some even same day! Nationwide, there are a few areas that may take longer due to court stipulations or inclement weather.
How do I send an applicant's information to you? [back to top]
There are several options, and we are flexible in working with what works best for you. Shadow Trackers can provide you with a one-page release form for your company to use in your recruiting process. Just have your applicant complete the form, then fax it to us. Or, we can set up an online entry form designed specifically for your company, so any location/branch can send it from anywhere in the USA online and for free! Or you may wish to have your applicant fill out the online entry at your location. You can also email us the information if you choose. Whatever method you choose, we are dedicated to servicing you in a manner that makes your job easier!
How do I receive completed reports? [back to top]
Most of our clients prefer to have their reports emailed, as this expedites the results process. You also can save them via computer indefinitely, or print as needed. We can mail or fax results as well if requested.
How accurate is your information? [back to top]
Our information is as accurate as the day we process it. Unlike other companies, we don't use databases for obtaining county level records. State-wide and other database type searches aren't always accurate, and may contain old or incomplete information, and are not always reliable.
